Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Snack mobile application operated by Crimson IO LLC ("us", "we", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the App.
Use of the App
Snack is a nutrition tracking application designed to help you monitor your food intake, track macronutrients, and view your net calorie balance using data from Apple Health.
Health Disclaimer
Snack is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
The information provided by the App is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet or exercise routine.
Subscriptions
Snack is available through a paid subscription with a free trial. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Crimson IO LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including custom foods, recipes, and meal logs. This content is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account.
Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including Apple HealthKit, Apple iCloud, Open Food Facts, and USDA FoodData Central, and uses Adapty to manage subscriptions. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crimson IO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
